The Always Guest-Ready Promise
If we miss the standard, we make it right.
If a maintenance visit misses the agreed standard, send photos within 48 hours and we’ll return once to correct the missed area at no charge.
Built-in flexibility
Pause when life changes
Pause up to 60 days per rolling year without paying for paused months.
Skip without losing control
Move one visit per quarter with at least 24 hours notice.
Membership begins with a 6-month commitment. The 50% setup discount is earned by completing that term.
